Mind Fitness Is Not Therapy

Mind Fitness is an educational mental skills and reflection platform for athletes. The goal is to help athletes build awareness, confidence, focus, resilience, self-talk, breathing control, visualization, motivation, and recovery tools for the mental side of sport.

Mind Fitness is not therapy, counseling, medical care, mental health treatment, crisis support, or a substitute for working with a licensed professional. The exercises, reflections, resources, and workouts on this website are designed for education, self-reflection, and mental skills development. They are not meant to diagnose, treat, or replace professional support.

If you are struggling with your mental health, feeling overwhelmed, experiencing anxiety, depression, disordered eating, trauma, thoughts of self-harm, or anything that feels unsafe, please reach out to a licensed mental health professional, doctor, school counselor, athletic trainer, coach, parent, or another trusted support person.

You do not have to handle hard moments alone. Asking for support is not weakness. It is part of taking care of yourself as a person, not just as an athlete.
